Open GymXP, go to the subscription screen, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to subscribe.
On iPhone: go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions and select GymXP.
On Android: go to Google Play → Subscriptions and select GymXP.
In the app, go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data from our servers. This action cannot be undone.
Make sure you're signed in and have an active internet connection. Pull down to refresh on the History screen. If the issue persists, contact us at the email above and include your account email so we can investigate.
